Flowdreaming with Summer McStravick

What if you woke up every day feeling that your life was a work of art that took shape hour by hour, culminating in a lifetime of satisfaction and achievement? And what if you, the artist, were able to sculpt the events and opportunities in your future not merely through physical action, but by using a far more powerful and subtle type of energy? There is such an energy, and it stirs just below the surface of life, creating blueprints for everything that erupts into your physical existence. And you can learn to use it. The art of Flowdreaming reveals a powerful, precise, and beautiful method for manifesting that’s surprisingly easy and which teaches you to understand life as a flow of events and opportunities ripe for your shaping. Join host Summer McStravick, the inventor of Flowdreaming, as she takes your calls and helps you tackle all kinds of problem areas with this powerful philosophy and her laser-like insight into your Flow. Guided daydreaming, or Flowdreaming, can move your back into the natural, positive Flow of your life--the direction of your highest good and happiness, where everything is easy for you and miracles are daily events. If your life is full of obstacles or frustration, then you’re swimming upstream. Turn yourself around, with Flowdreaming.

Sometimes the best new start…begins with the end. So we’ll begin with the end. Maybe the kids have gone to college. Maybe you and your husband have done your 20 years. Maybe your cancer is in remission. Or maybe some other long cycle in your life has simply come to a close, and you’re at the point where you’re saying, “Now what?” We do a REALLY GOOD Flowdream today to open our eyes to the next chapter—the next cycle—and we ask for joy, contentment, and love there.

Just the other day, a friend of Summer’s pointed out that she was trash-talking about herself. She was saying how she wasn’t good enough, and didn’t have any natural talent in a particular area of her life. Summer was shocked when she realized what she was doing…but see, everyone has areas about which they hold a negative self-view. Today, we root out and eliminate this negative self-talk, as ask our Flow to help us nurture feelings of self-love and patience instead.

What is "negativity" anyway? Can there be a GOOD kind of negativity? And what if you could have an invisible shield around you that actively blocked negative people from entering your world? What if no one’s drama, upset, or irritability could affect you? Based on her upcoming class, Summer shares ways to repel negative people and situations so you can stay in your easy-breezy Flow!

“Who” are you feeling today? We empaths feel everything, and everyone, and often we don’t know which is which. We’re the “feelers” of the universe, since our natural intuitive skill sits primarily in our emotional state, which our other five senses then support with a flow of information. Summer explores what being “empathic” as a form of intuition means, and offers ideas to open and explore your empathic potential.
