There’s a way to change your dreams, which I’ve been experimenting with. We tend to feel helpless about the content of our dreams, yet Summer knows (after working extensively with guided daydreaming in her Flowdreaming work) that dreams of any nature are living, vibrant energies that can be changed. Today, Summer shares her method for eliminating nightmares and for changing our fear or worry-based daydreams into healthier, active Flowdreams.
