We're always making transitions from one thing to the next. So, why do we feel "hardwired" to resist them? Most people approach change with fear and apprehension. We expect transitions to be rough or painful, instead of freeing and joyful. Today we explore how to turn our thinking toward happy anticipation and expectation of change, instead of doubtful suspicion.
